While in the throes of our misspent youth, a neighbor once complained that she always knew the minute our parents left town. Cars immediately lined the streets of our quiet suburban neighborhood and our incessant revelry kept her up all night. We didn't mean any harm; we just couldn't resist the opportunity to host a small get together amongst a "few" good friends. John would make a feast using whatever he could find in the fridge and pantry while Bart orchestrated the keg run. We had no idea that our blatant disregard for house rules was a dress rehearsal for our future profession. Twenty years later, Sidecar is the culmination of our experience, determination and philosophy; a warm and comfortable atmosphere that serves honest food and drink, crafted with integrity and technique. Whether you are in the mood for a burger and a beer, or looking to celebrate with cocktails and oysters, we'll happily accommodate.
